Changes and Updates to 2024 Sale

Updated Show & Sell Dates:

We are extending the Show & Sell period until November 24th. Trails End is working on securing storefronts at Walmart, Lowe’s and other stores; however, if you would like to work at a Publix location, you will need to reach out and book those on your own. Please remember. Trails End securing storefronts is a privilege they’ve extended to us, so it’s important that we also take the initiative to reach out to other locations ourselves.

Return Policy:
The return deadlines have been extended to November 16th and December 7th. You can choose whichever date works best for your unit to drop off returns at the council office. The return policy remains the same: you can return up to 50% of your entire order, but only full boxes of the same product (no individual or opened bags).

Payment and Prize Tracking:
Prize tracking will end on November 25th, so please ensure all sales are entered into the system by that date. Payments have also been extended, and are now due by December 16th.

Announcements:

Due to the impending hurricane, we regret to inform you that the popcorn shipment and distribution scheduled for this Saturday, September 28th, has been canceled. Unfortunately, Trails-End cannot find drivers who can safely operate during the storm, and we want to prioritize everyone’s safety.

We are rescheduling the distribution for next Saturday, October 5th, at the same time(s). A new sign-up genius will be sent out so you can select your updated pickup slots.
