The Lake Region District is comprised of Hardee, Highlands, and major portions of Polk County. The specific areas of Polk County include: Auburndale, Babson Park, Davenport, Dundee, Eagle Lake, Frostproof, Haines City, Indian Lake Estates, Lake Alfred, Lake Wales, Lakeshore, Polk City, Winter Haven
All monthly meetings are held at Beymer Methodist Church, 700 N. Lake Howard Drive, Winter Haven 33881. A web-conference link may also be made available for those who are unable to physically attend.
Roundtable: This is a monthly program which provides leaders at all levels a forum to learn, exchange ideas, and fellowship. Roundtable is held on the first Thursday of each month starting at 7:00 P.M.
Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation

BALOO is a hands-on outdoor orientation to provide you with the skills needed to plan and carry out outdoor experiences with your Pack. This course is designed as an introduction to the Cub Scout outdoor program for leaders interested in adding a camping component to their Pack activities. BALOO training consists of an online pre-requisite component in addition to an overnight hands on practical. BSA’s Cub Scout level camping policies will be taught along with the discovery of the necessary tools to help units carry our a successful camping experience. Completion of this course is mandatory for a MINIMUM OF ONE adult on a Pack overnighter.
