This Week’s Council Promotion:

  • Week #2 Promotion – Building the Foundation: Every Scout who sells a minimum of $300 (storefront, wagon or online) August 21-23, will have his or her name put in a drawing for a Lego set valued at $50! The drawing will take place Monday, August 24 and the winner will be announced in the weekly Kernel Journal.

We’re excited to announce a new feature this fall. To continue strengthening Unit performance and drive campaign success, Trail’s End is launching In-App Storefront Coaching for the 2026 popcorn sale.
This real-time feature is built directly into the app to maximize the time and effort families commit at storefronts:

  • Driving Unit Success: Helps Units fund their entire year of Scouting more efficiently by increasing sales per shift.

Pre-Sale & Training

Sale Period

  • Sunday, August 2nd by 11:59 PM – Order #1 DUE
  • Saturday, August 15 – Popcorn Distribution #1
  • Saturday, August 15 – Show N’ Sales BEGIN
  • Saturday, September 12 – Mid-Sale Popcorn Swap & Return (up to 50%)
  • Sunday, September 13 by 11:59 PM – Order #2 DUE
  • Saturday, September 26th – Popcorn Distribution #2

Post-Sale Wrap-up (No Hurricane Contingency)

  • Sunday, November 8th– Take Orders DUE
  • Wednesday, November 11 – Unsold Popcorn Return (15% return limit; must meet 15% H&H to return) & Take-Order Popcorn Distribution
  • Sunday, November 15 – Show N’ Sales ENDS
  • Friday, November 16 by 11:59 PM – Council ACH DUE
  • Monday, November 16 by 11:59 PM – Final Day of Council Prize & Commission Eligibility Tracking
  • Friday, December 4th by 5 PM – Final Payment Deadline*

*To ensure you receive your bonus commissions, payment must be received by December 19th. Payments not received by that date will result in forfeiture of earned bonus commissions.

  • Wednesday, November 25th – Unsold Popcorn Return (15% return limit; must meet 15% H&H to return) & Take-Order Popcorn Distribution
