Due to Hurricane Milton, the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council office will remain closed until Monday Morning.
The council is closing all camp properties this weekend.
The following events for this weekend have been rescheduled to their posted Rain Dates:
Spook-o-ree Brorein Week 1 – New Date October 25-27
Spook-o-ree Soule Week 1 – New Date October 25-27
Spook-o-ree Sand Hill – New Date October 18-20
Commissioner Conference on October 26 – Postponed
The events already scheduled for October 18-20 will remain the same:
Spook-o-ree Brorein Week 2 – Remains as October 18-20
Spook-o-ree Soule Week 2 – Remains as October 18-20
Spook-o-ree Flaming Arrow – Remains as October 18-20
Spook-o-ree Reservations are automatically moved to the rain date listed above. If you need to move dates or camp location, please email Christine Chansley at christine.chansley@scouting.org and she will respond in the order received once the office has reopened. If you are seeking a refund, please email your request and we will process them as soon as possible.
NOTE – due to the unprecedented 2 storms this close together that any refund requests may take until the end of October to be fully processed.
The Scout Store is currently scheduled close at 3:00 PM Tuesday and reopen Monday morning.
