Alexander Dyer, a senior at Harvard and an Eagle Scout from the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council, has been named a recipient of the esteemed George Marshall Scholarship. This accolade positions him among America’s most accomplished students, ready to pursue graduate studies at the historic Cambridge University in the United Kingdom.
