Terms of Agreement for Submitting Join Scouting Night Events
By submitting a Join Scouting Night (JSN) event to the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council website or calendar, you agree to the following:
Accuracy: All information submitted is accurate, up-to-date, and appropriate for public promotion.
Council Review: The Council reserves the right to review, edit, or modify any submitted event details to ensure they align with Scouting America brand standards, council policies, and best practices.
Timeliness: Events must be submitted with adequate lead time for review and publication.
Responsibility: The submitting Unit is responsible for hosting the event and responding to inquiries from families unless otherwise noted.
Compliance: All events must follow Scouting America’s Youth Protection policies and local council guidelines.
