Excitement is in the air for Troop 4 as they officially broke ground on a brand-new Scout hut that will soon serve as a central home for their Pack and Troop. This long-anticipated project represents more than just a building—it’s a symbol of community, growth, and the next chapter in their Scouting journey.
The groundbreaking ceremony was filled with hope and gratitude as Scouts, families, and supporters gathered to celebrate the beginning of this meaningful project. The new Scout hut will provide a dedicated space for meetings, activities, and countless memories for the Scouts who pass through its doors in the years to come.
This incredible project is made possible through the vision and generosity of the Friends of 4 Foundation, a vital supporter of Troop 4’s mission to develop youth leaders and provide enriching experiences. A special thank you also goes out to Carl & Lyda Lindell and their family for their extraordinary contributions that helped turn this dream into a reality.
The new hut will serve as a beacon for community connection and provide a sense of belonging for the next generation of Scouts. It will be a place where young leaders learn, grow, and thrive—embodying the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives.
