Council Venturing Officers Association (VOA)

The VOA is a Venturing umbrella organization in our council made up of a President and a cabinet of officers, along with the presidents of every registered crew. The VOA meets periodically throughout the year via Zoom and/or VOA-sponsored weekends or events.  Representatives from the VOA:

• Provide training and resources to support council crews
• Communicate Venturing activities and information to GTBAC crews through traditional and social media
• Plan and execute VOA events geared to all council crews
• Interview and select VOA officers
• Recognize the achievements of GTBAC Venturers and crews
• Connect with the GTBAC council leadership
• Engage with the Council Service Territory 16 Venturing leadership.
