Halloween Fun with Pack 135!
Put on your costume and join Cub Scout Pack 135 for an afternoon of Halloween fun, games, and Scouting adventure!
Families are invited to enjoy games with prizes, a costume contest, a Trick-or-Treat parade, and plenty of family-friendly Halloween fun. Costumes are welcome and encouraged—we just ask that they be fun and nothing too scary.
While the kids are having fun, parents can discover what Cub Scouting is all about. Pack 135 welcomes boys and girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade, and you don’t need any previous Scouting experience to come check us out. Meet current Scouts, families, and Pack leaders, ask questions, and hear firsthand about the adventures and experiences that make Scouting special.
The Adventure Goes Beyond Halloween
Pack 135 is an active Pack with opportunities for kids and families to experience new things together throughout the year. Adventures include family campouts, Pinewood Derby, fishing, community service projects, council events, outdoor activities, and much more.
Along the way, Cub Scouts have fun, make new friends, build confidence, learn teamwork and problem-solving, and develop skills they’ll carry with them as they grow.
Pack 135 generally meets on the second and third Sundays of the month from September through May, with special activities and adventures happening throughout the year.
Whether your family is already considering Cub Scouts or you’re simply curious about what Scouting has to offer, this is a great opportunity to come have some Halloween fun, meet Pack 135, and experience Cub Scouting for yourself.

Join Scout Night FAQ
Join Scouting Night is an exciting event where families can learn all about the Scouting program, meet local leaders, and sign up their children to become Scouts. It’s a great opportunity to discover the fun and adventure that Scouting offers.
Your child should receive a flyer from school a day or two before the event. Additionally, look for yard signs on your school campus to remind you of the date and time.
At Join Scouting Night, you’ll:
• Meet local Scout leaders and volunteers
• Learn about the Scouting program and its benefits
• Get information on upcoming activities and events
• Complete the registration process for your child
• Have your questions answered by experienced Scouting representatives
Yes, you are welcome to attend any local Join Scouting Night event that fits your schedule, even if your child does not attend that school. Choose a date and time that works best for your family.
Go to the event you’re interested in and reach out to our District Professional (our organizers). They will be available to answer any questions you may have.
If you can’t make it to Join Scouting Night, don’t worry! You can still join the Scouting program. Contact us using the information above, and we’ll help you get started, or visit beascout.org to sign up online
Scouting is open to boys and girls from Kindergarten through 12th grade. There are various programs tailored to different age groups, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for everyone.
Your child doesn’t need to bring anything specific to Join Scouting Night. Just come ready to learn and have fun!
