Chartered to provide leadership, values-based education, and life-enriching experiences, we are committed to building future leaders through character development, outdoor adventure, and community service.

Our Impact
Spanning nine counties, the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council supports over 14,000 youth members through a dynamic network of dedicated volunteers and unit leaders. Our Council includes:

Service Center and Camp Properties
Our operations are headquartered at the Lewis Hill, III Service Center, located at:

To support year-round outdoor adventure and leadership training, the Council maintains five premier camp properties:

Camp Owen J. Brorein – Odessa, FL

Camp Soule – Clearwater, FL

Flaming Arrow Scout Reservation – Lake Wales, FL

Sand Hill Scout Reservation – Brooksville, FL

Camp Alafia – Along the Alafia River in Lithia, FL
These camps host everything from weekend activities and leadership development programs to weeklong summer camps and high-adventure treks.
