In 2017, AquAcademy is scheduled for the weekend of Oct. 13-15 at Flaming Arrow Scout Reservation in Lake Wales.

Hurricane Irma update: as an outcome of the hurricane, please plan on bringing your own tents.  

There will be no tents available at the camp.

Fees for the event are:

  • $40.00 for youth registrations with merit badge
  • $15.00 for adults, staff and merit badge counselors

Fees include participants’ meal and one event patch per participant. After reviewing the Leaders’ Guide below, questions may be directed to John Ehas or Scott Dutton, Event Directors, by email.

A reminder that registrations will be done on a unit basis.

As a reminder, most land based merit badges cannot be completed in one class.  Please bring proof of the requirements that have been completed before the weekend.  Partial merit badge blue cards will be filled out as appropriate.
